Our last project period, 2008-2011 was summarized in a workshop, held at Tyréns office in Stockholm, on December 1st 2011. 40 invited participants from varying branches of the business joined challeging discussion to help focus future research on contaminated land management.

ALS laboratory recently launched a new analysis package including OXY-PAHes for soil and ground water. We are very pleased the collaborative efforts of our MCN project G has helped result in commerclal practice.

LTU and RGS/90 (MCN project C) starts collaboraton with Halden Municipality Norway PDF Print E-mail

Anders Lagerkvist and Jurate Kumpiene from LTU, and Jonny Bergman from RGS90 have visited Halden municipality in Norway to discuss possibilities for cooperation within the areas of soil remediation and waste management. As a  first assignment,   LTU will find solutions for safe landfilling of arsenic contaminated soil. The future cooperation might be expanded to finding solutions for management of other types of waste in Halden as well as development of landfill technologies.
